My personal and professional experience has enabled me to offer my clients effective, customised psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders and provide a neutral ground to individual young people and adults.
My therapeutic approach is eclectic therapy, drawing from multiple theories and techniques because every client is different. The foundation of my practice, however, is client-centered therapy. It's three main principles of - Empathy, unconditional positive regard, and congruence - I believe, is key to the process of individuals' healing. The therapeutic process is according to my clients personal goals and desired pace. Ultimately I am here to help you develop self-awareness and to uterlise your inner strength. To achieve this I provide a neutral safe space, listen to your concerns, and together customise a suitable treatment plan.
As your therapist, I am committed to providing you with my presence throughout your therapeutic process with me. I aim to help you with goals towards growth, overcoming struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Meditation is an ancient practice used in many traditions to help people connect, increase awareness and stabilize mood.
In recent years, research has found meditation to have helped improve concentration with ADHD, reduce stress and Anxiety in people.
Other areas where meditation shows great afficacy includes addiction and Depression.

I am a holistic counsellor/psychotherapist, with an extensive experience in meditation and mindful living. I use eclectic therapy in my practice including, somatic therapy - where the body is included in the process of understanding the client's issues and to indicate signs of healing.
My academic background reflects my inquisitive mind, about life as it is experienced in our society and the choices available to us to enhance that experience.
I have an undergraduate degree in philosophy, and social science and a post-graduate degree in Counselling.
I am a self-parenting enthusiast, helping to guide those who choose to practice self-compassion and kindness to develop an internal working that creates a better loving relationship with self. with that my clients learn to regulate their emotions by choosing healthy coping skills.
I organise and facilitate small groups for boundaries workshops in the CBD area and eastern suburbs of Sydney.
