The therapeutic process is according to my your personal goals at your desired pace. Ultimately I am here to help you develop self-awareness and learn to utilise your inner strength. To achieve this, I provide a neutral safe space, listen to your concerns, and together customise a suitable treatment plan.

Meditation is an ancient practice used in many traditions to help people connect, increase awareness and stabilize mood.
In recent years, research has found meditation to have helped improve concentration with ADHD, reduce stress and Anxiety in people.
Other areas where meditation shows great afficacy includes addiction and Depression.

I am a holistic counsellor/psychotherapist, with an extensive experience in meditation and mindful living. I use an eclectic approach in my practice including, somatic therapy - where the body is used in the process of understanding the client's issues and to indicate signs of healing.
My academic background reflects my curious and inquisitive mind, about life as it is experienced in society and the choices available to enhance that experience.
I have an undergraduate degree in philosophy and social science, and a master degree in Counselling.
I am a self-parenting enthusiast, helping to guide those who choose to practice self-compassion and kindness to develop an internal working model that promotes safety and a better loving relationship with self. My clients learn to regulate their emotions by practising healthy coping skills.
I organise and facilitate small groups for boundaries workshops in the CBD area and eastern suburbs of Sydney.
